By registering on, accessing, or browsing HomiNest(“the Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

HomiNest is a brand owned and operated by A2Zwala, a registered corporate entity in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. All invoices, legal contracts, terms facilitation, and receipts will be issued by and under the legal authority of A2Zwala.

HomiNest matches users with verified direct-owner listings and corporate property portfolios. While we audit and inspect properties physically, HomiNest acts strictly as a services facilitator and not as a principal party, agent, landlord, or tenant in final lease agreements.

We offer direct-owner matching with flat-rate handling fees, bypassing traditional monthly rental brokerage costs. You acknowledge that our fees are structured as flat service costs for handling administrative operations and are completely separate from property rents or deposits.

When purchasing our agreement assistance service, we draft lease agreements based on tenancy layouts provided by you. E-stamping fees and doorstep biometric registration are subject to local government portals availability and municipal scheduling boundaries.

Users are solely responsible for providing authentic identity details (Aadhaar, PAN, ownership titles). Any document execution delayed or rejected due to fraudulent ID credentials remains the user's sole liability.

Shifting services are conducted via HomiNest’s network of verified and insured logistics partners. To ensure a smooth transition:

• Valuables (jewelry, cash, sensitive paper documents, personal laptops) must be handled and moved personally by the client. HomiNest will not accept liability for such items.
• Fixed quotations are provided post physical or virtual audits. Any inventory additions on the shifting day will incur additional flat fees.
• Damage claims must be raised with on-site concierges within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by unboxing records.

In no event shall HomiNest, its parent company A2Zwala, or its directors and vendors be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from property transitions, landlord-tenant disputes, or delay in government stamp registrations.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or litigation arising out of these terms shall be subject exclusively to the courts of competent jurisdiction located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
